WARRANTY

All Honeywell, Digiview and Hideki products are warranted from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of retail purchase. It does not cover damages or wear resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized adjustment and repair.

Note that online product registration is required to ensure valid warranty protection.

PRODUCT RETURN

1. Please direct all returns to the place of the original purchase.

2. Should this not be possible, you can register on line to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or contact Hideki Customer Support: customerservice@hidekielectronics.us.
Returns without a return authorization number or expired warranty will be refused.

3. You will be asked to provide a copy of your original receipt or other proof of purchase.

4. Upon receipt of your product return, we will determine best course
of action and either repair or replace your defective product.

5. Be sure to include your name, address, contact information and
brief description of your problem with your product return.
